HIH Water Fasting with Sole Water

It is wonderful to discover that with a bit of Sole Water I am able to water fast with distilled water. As the last few fasts since I have been drinking 100% distilled water have been an awful puking shitting mess. I am excited to know I can fast well again. I am hoping to fast for four days.
