Don't tell me the side effects from Vaxxines

Vaxxines are known to hurt and kill people, so much that they created a Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 to protect them from lawsuits when Vaxxines do hurt and kill people.
But it's blasphemy to say anything bad about Vaxxines???
