How Everyone Became an Activist

How everyone became an activist in 2020. I have seen many jokes about how crazy the year 2020 was and some would point to the pandemic as the cause of things tanking, but I think that the pandemic was just a catalyst rather than the cause. At the start of the pandemic many people refocused on the importance of community and the well-being of their neighbors, but all it took was that spark and the resulting explosion of activism and ideology made existing divides wider and more apparent than ever. And people are still trying to make sense of it all, including me.
