Silent In Motion Dance practice. Moving, flowing and breathing whilst listening to my inner music: the sound of my essence shaping my true expression, and the sounds of limited structures that give themselves away and back to Silence. This is the way to true healing!

During my stay at Huehuecoyotl in Tepoztlan, Mexico, an eco community of artists, authors and activists, I took every opportunity to use the amazing hall to Move, Dance, Breathe, Pause and Commune with the GroundSource. The open floor offered itself to me and I offered myself to it. May this offering inspire you to create your own Motion wherever you are!
