his is how you fill a CCELL cartridge. It works way better if you have a syringe tip. Otherwise you have to drop it in piece by piece. If a new cartridge, let it sit for 20 minutes before hitting so the cotton soaks up the oil.

This syringe did not have a threaded end, which made it harder because it popped off from too much pressure. You can help prevent that pop off on un-threaded cartridges by pre heating the syringe for 3-5 seconds with a lighter.
