I am Peter Serefine and this is the Liberty Minute for Monday, day 582 of 15 days to flatten the curve.
President Biden told us that the FDA approved a covid vaccine. However, the one that is approved is not available in the US yet.
Over a month ago the President announced that he instructed OSHA to mandate companies with over 100 employees to require the vaccine. There still is not an approved vaccine available or an OSHA regulation, but companies all over the country are requiring the experimental jabs anyway.
The constitution is clear that only Congress can pass laws, but Congress has unconstitutionally delegated that power to 50 different regulatory agencies. Now, those agencies are taking orders from the president placing our republic inches from becoming a dictatorship.
