DOT Sec Buttigieg Says Shelves Are Bare Because Biden Is TOO GOOD At Being President!?!

Secretary Pete Buttigieg is making the rounds on CNN to tell the American People that the reason they can't find goods on the shelves of their local grocery stores, is because Joe Biden is just TOO GOOD at his job....Yes, he is ACTUALLY trying to make you believe that.
We see ships waiting to offload goods, we see people losing their jobs based on chemcical status, we see so many absurd things we, as Americans, have NEVER seen before...and THIS guy wants you to believe it's because Biden is just....TOO good at his job. I hardly know where to start...but, hey, let's give it a shot!
