Fireside Chat: Halloween

The “why” behind our families decision not to take part in Halloween festivities.

1. Every instance in Scripture where witchcraft is mentioned, it is condemned by God.
If God doesn’t take it lightly, neither will we.
2. The origins & history of Halloween are important to study, it is dark & demonic - in addition, what Halloween has now become is even more relevant to us - it is a day filled with darkness, demons & gore. Our family will take no part in these unfruitful works of darkness.
