The movie, "Systematic Deception", is Filmed, Directed and Written by Frank X. Panico and Associate Produced by Lisa Noel Babbage.

This cutting edge documentary film was inspired by the book "The Black History Bible", written by Associate Producer Lisa Noel Babbage. "Systematic Deception" brings to light a generation of manipulation by the Democrat Party.

In this movie you will experience "Gripping Testimonials" from a cross section of Black American conservatives, bookend evidence of intentional malfeasance within the federal government, resulting in coercion of the Black American vote and the resulting crumbling of American dreams.

Interviewees include Colonel Allen West, Alveda King, Kim Klacik and CL Bryant, to name a few. Also, Vivian Childs, Business Woman and Congressional Candidate (GA-2), is in the film at the end.

We feel that it is imperative to inform the entire world of the diabolical tactics of the government and highlight the righteous Black American community fighting to save our nation.
