This is a statue, located in Montreal, at the center of the Dominion Square. It's a replica off King Edward VII, who reigned the United Kingdom from 1901 to 1910. This statue was erected in 1917 as a tribute to those who fought and died during World War I, hence why it's located next to the war memorial.
