The next day her Mother called the voter center and was told that someone voted absentee in her name on October 7th
- October 28th: Filled out an open records request
- November 3rd: Received an E-mail regarding the open records request
- November 23rd: Received an E-mail that her open records request was never received by the Secretary of States Office ..
- November 30th: Received another E-mail from the open records officer, the last line of this E-mail read = 'this will serve as the final response to this request and your request is now closed'
