the " Candy Bar" method of assigning tasks

If you are like me, sometimes the amount of work can be overwhelming. What has been helpful to me is to create a list all my daily tasks 1 by 1 with the first one being the most important.
Attached is a what I call the " Candy Bar" method of assigning tasks
Priority= do it now
Team =We need input from the Team to complete this task
Research = I, WE need more knowledge to complete this task
