Justice Scalia on Machine-guns

An excerpt from District of Columbia v. Heller on machine guns. It strongly suggests that Justice Scalia did not think that they are protected by the #2A. However, the wording in Heller is wishy-washy. It is highly doubtful #SCOTUS will ever grant cert in a machine-gun case.
