觀塘仔灣，又稱油塘灣，是油塘對出的海灣，
茶果嶺以南、三家村以北，被茶果嶺道包圍著。
油塘站大堂對開的觀塘仔灣。
為甚麼未有填平呢？會填平嗎？
Kwun Tong Tsai Bay, also known as Yau Tong Bay, is the bay outside Yau Tong.
To the south of Cha Kwo Ling and to the north of Sam Ka Village, it is surrounded by Cha Kwo Ling Road.
Kwun Tong Chai Wan outside the concourse of Yau Tong Station.
Why is it not filled? Will it be filled?
