This video will cover how to handle laundry, bathing, brushing teeth, taking care of trash, and yes, going to the bathroom in an adverse event. I share several staples to have in stock that can be used for multiple things. Preparing for this will really make the difference for how comfortable life will be for you and your family during a crisis.

1 grated bar castile soap
2 cups washing soda
1 cup baking soda
30 drops essential oils of your choice (lavender, lemon, eucalyptus, tea tree)
