How to make a Life / Happiness Journal

Today I created a Life and happiness journal which includes:

- Balancing your life
- Travel list
- Inspirational quotes
- Random acts of kindness
- Creative Inspiration
- My book list
The Journal I am using is an O-CHECK Notebook, Travel Diary in Pink and contains a selection of different page types, as well as paper pockets. I am in LOVE with this journal!
