Hart InterCivic is the vendor of the voting machines that the county is looking to purchase from, specifically the Hart Verity Duo machines. Its configuration includes a Controller, Voting Machine and a Ballot Scanning Machine. All three machines have a database management system installed on them. The Vendor is the only entity that has username and password credentials to the database management system, not even the Elections Coordinator has access the database management system.
