Dan Andrews - soon to be the new permanent Dictator

The new emergency laws to be introduced into Victoria which are set to pass into law this week, will give Dan Andrews "Hitlerite" powers. Victoria will then be the most draconian / totalitarian state in the west. The most important question here is what on earth is our federal government doing to prevent this?
