Centurylink Kills My Internet! 12 Year Customer!

12 Years - never so much as a late payment. They went into my account and "REMOVED" my caller ID - Call Waiting and High Speed Internet "without my knowledge or permission!" When I found out and complained, they restored my caller ID and call waiting but tell me my internet service is no longer available at "MY SPECIFIC ADDRESS!"
