RCMP in Alberta - Brutal Arrest

This video is not even being shown on the Canadian media. It was only someone in S. Africa who got a hold of it and posted it. Something is going wrong with a lot of police officers, both here and in Australia. Part of the NWO perhaps? Why was it necessary to smash this man's head on the sidewalk. It appears that he may have died, but we don't have any more details. It's all on the Q.T. of course.
