Hungary Residency-by-Investment for non-EU people

Hungary has a little-known residency by investment program which is a very interesting option for non-EU people wishing to have a base in the EU. All you need to do is to create a local company (tax rate 9%), buy local real estate (which is great value), and rent it out. This gives you and your family EU residency, as well as access to local healthcare and schools. In this video Laszlo, who run an immigration company in Budapest, explains the mechanics of the program.
