Joe Biden is a genius! He didn't have enough people to tax who earn more than $400,000 so he simply created them. He plans on giving an estimated 17 million illegal aliens who broke our laws in entering our country and continue to break our laws by staying $450,000 in reparations. Those additional 17 million people being given that amount of money can now be taxed at the federal tax rate of 37% creating almost $2.8 trillion in tax revenue, more than enough to pass his Bilk Back Better agenda.
