How to Play As Tears Go By

Actual studio version is on a Harmony 1270 12-string in standard tuning but tuned down about a half step (Keith basically recorded it out of tune).

Also don't get too bogged down in trying to play it perfect, Keith himself messes up and forgets the chord change at 2:08 in the recording!
