Lazy man’s pizza (easy and fast pizza)

2 1/4 cups of flour
1 cup of water plus 2tbsp
1 tsp of garlic salt
2 tsp of yeast
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 whole sweet red pepper
half of green pepper
1/4 of a yellow onion
1/2 cup of pizza sauce
8 ounces of mozzarella cheese
plus 1 handful of the chihuahua Mexican cheese
pepperoni

bake time for pizza dough at 375f for 10 to 12 minutes
bake time for pizza after added ingredients 12 to 15 minutes
