This is a very Advanced movement. Beginners should try it by a Wall and BodyWeightSquats(or with a PVC/Wooden stick), and have a good Squat form. This Squat variation will add AnkleConditioning, HipStability and extra CoreStrength.
Depending BodyWeight(I’m 115-117lbs), do not load Heavy. My Max is at 45lbs. I’ve use 55lbs, but noticed BosuBall was “not happy”🏁😅
