Note: I want to clarify something that I said. There are other reasons why healing sometimes doesn't manifest besides not believing. It is correct that none of them have to do with something left undone by Jesus on the cross. Jesus has done all that he needs to do for our healing. Any blockages are on ou end. We need to remove them.
