CKCS Syringomyelia possible symptoms for review Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Molly - 5 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Possible Syringomyelia symptoms include: Scratching uncontrollably most the day, Weaving neck in figure 8 for no reason, rolls on back a lot, digs/scratches on floor, sensitive to touch, finding hair knots on carpet from scratching so much, places head on chair braces to hold neck up, sleeps against robotic vacuum with head on top when sleeping. Won't sleep on my bed anymore - prefers to sleep under the bed alone. Pants a lot, even when other dog doesn't, and its not hot.
