Final 5 sets of this MONSTER TOTAL BODY TRASHING DEADLIFT DAY, was sumo or wide stance. I like them, I do prefer RDLs, but I will one day do my whole deadlift day with these....
Didn't crush the poundage's, kept the weight moderately heavy at 275lbs for sets of 5, just didn't have the steam to go heavier. Oh, and, I ripped my callouses off during the heavy partial pulls, so yeah, there's that :/
