Tandir Bread at Home

Tandir bread is an Azeri bread that is traditionally baked in a clay oven after being brushed with egg or yogurt.

INGREDIENTS:

3 glasses of warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp salt
1kg flour
1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk for brushing
