- 6 AM - 2 PM, based on his sampling, none of those were for Trump
- 'Poll Workers change duplicate ballots to straight Democratic tickets'

Answers to Commitee member questions:
- They were making Duplicates of the Duplicate Ballots, he was told '.. the Tabulators said for unknown reasons'
- 'Unlike every other delivery he witnessed'
