30 Minute Beginners Yoga Flow, Heart Chakra Vinyasa

Hi friends thank you for joining me this week for the 4th session of clearing stagnate energy from our heart chakra. Today we will focus on opening up the chest and drawing back those shoulders. Our daily activities tend to close us down. Have you ever noticed? Stress from driving, stress from working on desktop, stress from your social platforms reading about your bf's new fantastic life.........and so on.

When our heart chakra energy is out of sync we tend to be closed off. It's a physical reaction to pain as we try to protect our heart. However, that "protection" actually causes all sorts of other "ouches" in the physical body as well as mentally.
