It's time for us to understand the power dynamics that are at play within our governance structure. At the same time we need to identify the key elements that are signaling us how this structure is failing.

From the economical, technological and even violence perspective is extremely clear that the global landscape has changed and we desperately need to adapt.

I only hope that by talking about it we can smooth the transition and it will be better for everyone.
