Guy runs red light and then gets stuck in traffic

Driver was approaching the intersection and then witnesses a car in front of him that proceeds to run a red light.

He goes straight but not before putting his right turn signal on.

This is a "No Turn on Red" intersection so he decides to go straight though instead of turning right?

Impatient driver ends up stuck because traffic is building ahead.

He ends of waiting a few feet from the light he ran

Time saved? Risks taking?
