BC Covid data summary:
Covid "cases": 180,178 (as of Sept 21, 2021)
BC Population approx: 5,174,724
Total Covid deaths: 1900 (as of Sept 21, 2021)

To date 3.48% of the BC population has been infected with covid (as per positive PCR tests).
Of the 3.48% only 1.05% of the “cases” have died. This equates to a fatality rate of only 0.0365% since the inception of the “COVID pandemic” or conversely as provincial survival rate of approx. 99.96%.

To the view the above data in an alternate manner:

Covid related deaths equates to approx. 0.000245 per annum or 24.5/100,000 people.
In 2019, the annual flu IFR was 0.00018 per annum or 18/100,000.
By simple deduction, we are left with a disease which has an IFR of only 0.000065 per annum or 6.5/100,000 people greater fatality rate than the common flu - equating to a bad flu. People need to know this information and be able to contrast it with the severity of the actions being taken by our government and healthcare leaders.

Also, please note that the Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) shown above of 0.0365% is the total risk exposure to the average BC resident from the inception of the covid pandemic to September 21, 2021. When annualized, the absolute risk to the average BC resident is reduced to approx. 0.0243% per year or 243/10,000ths of 1%. Risk to those in the 0-19 yrs age group is approx. 33/10,000ths of 1% per annum..

Questions:

(1) Where is the pandemic?
(2) Given the verifiable data stated above, what justification does anyone have for the measures which have been taken by government?
