Reading of the book of Daniel chapter 5

I will be reading the book of Daniel chapter 5 from the NIV. In chapter 5 we will be reading about Belshazzar’s banquet that caused offence in God’s eye. God sends a hand to write on the wall petrifying everyone at the banquet. Belshazzar tries to have the writing interpreted by his wisemen, but none of them can. Belshazzar calls upon Daniel to interpret the writing for him Daniel shares what the message from God means. Belshazzar is murdered and replaced by a new king.
