Dr. Christine Parker Graham made the medical decisions for Moses, Michael Allmain’s property. She determined he was strong and healthy and with healthy gums, he had allergies causing skin issues and ear issues. Her Vet license is the one that made the decision to use medical treatments on Moses that had a “risk” and did not get the KNOWN owners consent. After the Sedation and the anesthesia, Moses, the half timber wolf hybrid dog, then had a “murmur”, and they added that to things Michael Allmain had “neglected”. CVAR and their “volunteer” Vet made medical decisions for someone else's dog, with KNOWN risks. MOSES did not have issues of Emergency and the first Vet to see him after Officer Wendy Davis STOLE Moses, well here is her Deposition (this is different than her court testimony videos I did, be sure and see them as well to get a picture of What Michael’s life was worth, just what injuries are worth what these Co-Conspirators did to Michael Allmain and his family.
