LRRP and LRS teams frequently employed a variety of tools to aid in counter tracking during a patrol. Here I show a small hand rake that we used to use. While these tools wouldn’t eliminate all sign left by the team, it would make it much harder for enemy trackers to gather information from foot prints left behind.
