The lost fleet of Koh Chang

On the east side of the island of Koh Chang there are some abandoned fishing boats that have either sunk or are beached. I have no idea why they were allowed to be destroyed like this. I searched online to find out why but was unable to find anything. I didn’t see anything in the news about a storm hitting the area or if they were just boats that had no more value so were abandoned. If you know leave me a comment about it please.
