November is Epilepsy month. Epilepsy does not discriminate. It can happen at any age to anyone. My daughter was 15 when she had her first seizure during basketball practice at school. We had no warning. She was a perfectly healthy normal teenager. Epilepsy is more then just seizures. Learn what to do if you see a seizure and what Epilepsy entails. Help break the stigma
