Panel Discusses Vaccine Mandate, Vaccine Injuries

The Biden administration has unveiled the details of the new vaccine mandate. It requires all employers of 100 or more to require vaccination against COVID-19 or weekly testing.

The rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) affects 84 million private sector workers.

Many are wondering whether the federal government has the authority to enforce vaccine mandates on private companies. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and other experts discussed these issues Thursday.
