Justin Trudeau's crazy talk at COP26

While at the United Nation's COP26 climate conference, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made some extreme pledges that Canadians should be wary about.

Two of the crazier measures Trudeau committed to were a global carbon tax and a pledge to cap oil and gas emissions in Canada.
