A PARDON FOR MEYERS

Meyers was a convict and serving time at the NCR Correctional Facility when the facility was taken over by the Powder Gangers.

The town of Primm needed a new sheriff and Meyers was the man I recruited for the job but, to make it official, he needed a pardon from the NCR.

Meyers pardon was granted by the NCR when I talked to Major Knight because it would also benefit the NCR.
