Sgt Q's story starts when he went from being homeless and on the brink of suicide to starting the multi-million dollar company he fought in Iraq in 2003 and came out of this with PTSD and he’s been helping not only veterans but men and women for 5 years with PTSD. He reminds us that God loves you and he has a plan for your life. He gives powerful tools and tips in this video. Great help for those suffering from anxiety, depression, or any mental illness.
