The Power of Human Connection!

I recently saw a RTT client in person and it was AWESOME!!!
Something happens when humans are in each other's presence. So much of communication is subtle, non-verbal and there is a powerful dynamic energy exchange that happens in person.
Laughter is contagious when you're with others. Think about how you feel when you gaze into a loved ones eyes or feel a warm embrace.
Oxytocin, our "cuddle hormone" rises when we hug, touch or sit close to someone.
It is healthy to be with people, in community and our animals.
Sending a second-class 'virtual-hug' to all! LOL. And, RTT is still excellent and super effective online; I truly loved being with this client in-person!
