Reviewing the Hegelian plan for the Great reset in the UNWEF documents we see they want Africa to be the belly of Wealth. If you poison the World's Fresh Water supply which Clinton Foundation say is the most important component then Africa and their vast aqueducts become of enormous Wealth.
