News Flash!! Will Junior over react to another dog??

Junior has been working on some behaviors. He want to hang out in the front yard or on the deck (also in front). However he struggles to not react when other dogs are walking by our house. Through vigilant watching if I see them dog first I can gently let him know not to react.
Today he saw the dog and it’s owner first and we’ll watch the video to see what happens. Alert! Could be graphic!
