If you're watching the trial, then you'll know Gaige Grosskreutz already testified he drew his weapon on Kyle Rittenhouse. He stepped back with hands up for a moment, then charged at him with his handgun, ultimately getting himself shot with Rittenhouse's .556/223 round. Grosskreutz also told the court he has the potential to gain $10M from Kenosha for being a victim of a GSW, even though he admittedly carried a Glock pistol, concealed, with an expired permit on the night of the shooting.

The interesting part of this clip is how Gaige Grosskreutz and his attorney (who seek that $10M I mentioned earlier) phrase this case .
