Why is this happening to me?

Teddy is Teasing Skylar once again. Teddy loves to play with Skylar, even though Skylar doesn't always want to play. But since Teddy is still a kitten, he will always play with anything and everything he can get his paws on all the time. Sometimes you can see it in Skylar's face that he is asking, "Why is this happening to me?"
