Vantop - HF512L 12" 4k UHD Front & Rear Mirror Dash Camera with GPS/Voice controls. Broke

Vantop when contacted about their product purchased 5/2021, installed 6/2021 and broke 11/2021 asked for a video. The unit worked with minor problems until it's failure 5 or so months after install.

No accident/trauma to the vehicle, rear camera or rear view mirror. It was working and then after closing rear door, it stopped working.
