Ma Ma...Don't take your guns to Town

Hello Everybody!…I was in the middle of renovating my home when we discovered that the man who built it…did a very bad job.

I was expecting to spend $25,000 this year. So far I have spent $7,500 on cutting down and digging up three giant trees that destroyed my two septic tank systems and threatened my home with huge branches.

I did that!

Then I paid $6,500 to replace the main septic tank. I got a three thousand, five hundred dollar discount for being a broke old man. I did a LOT of the physical work myself to keep the strong young men from the septic company doing so much. Thus the discount.
Now I have to do the other septic tank BUT I am stopping.

I am stopping because we have discovered very bad things that are going to cost thousands to fix. Once you open the walls you can find that EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY OR YOU CAN FIND A NIGHTMARE!

I then planned to spend another $25,000 on the great room and the back bathroom. Then next year I was going to spend another $18,000 on a complete brand new kitchen. My home would be complete over three years…
Except we found a lot of VERY BAD STUFF!

At first I was looking at $50 to $60,000 at the most to make my home look “Brand New!”
Now I am looking at $75 to $80,000.
I can build a brand new home for only $125,000.

No matter what I do…I am getting estimates for both…redo…or to Bulldoze!

I have a lot of nice artwork for sale on Etsy and on E-Bay.

I have enough artwork to pay for these repairs but I need this work done NOW! NOT IN THE FUTURE! Donations are accepted. I am old and in poor health. I cannot work because my health comes and goes and a boss wants WORK! I understand that and that is why I cannot hold down a job. Thus I can get no mortgage.

After the bank failures…I lost my retirement, my savings and my business and my health insurance and THEN I had three heart attacks and a stroke ALL with no insurance and FLAT broke. Last year I had the Virus and almost died. I have a lingering problem with my lungs.

The only way I get a new home is to sell my art or to become famous at;
Country Music…Comedy.

Watch my other videos…I am very funny. If a Holly Wood Agent would book me I can make you laugh but I only do half hour to forty five minutes segments at a time because I get fatigued. I will do you a good job!

What do I say? Help out a poor old man…why yes…that is exactly what I am saying!

I really do need some help otherwise I can only go so far with what I can come up with. Family and friends can only help so much. I do not want to live my retirement in a shit house…I will have to put up with this until I die or I earn the money to fix it correctly...which may not happen!
